We've put thousands of hours into our software, and the interactivity you can have with your customers using Saffire is second to none. You can manage your content easily. What do you know about doing event websites?
We’ve been building websites since 1995, and we started our web development company in 1998. We've worked with some really big, well-known clients...names like KEEN Footwear, Nike, Intel, Jeep, Chrysler, Panasonic and more. But when we got called by Rodeo Austin a few years ago, we knew this was an industry we wanted to call home. With all due respect, we can do so much better marketing our fairs! The bar is unfortunately too low in the industry, but our customers are spending their time on other websites where the bar is much higher! Saffire helps you engage your customers and compete favorably with all the other websites out there vying for attention!
What if I need a piece of functionality specific to my event that isn't included in Saffire?
Although we truly think Saffire has all the features you need for a successful event, we give you the flexibility to add your own custom functionality, design and pages to your website. Tell us what you have in mind, and we'll give you our best ideas for making it happen.
How quickly can my new website go live and be ready for customers?
Without a lot of customization, your site can be live anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. Of course, you'll want to allow time for us to train you to use Saffire, but that will only take a couple of hours.
Also, you'll want time to populate your website with all your organization and event information before your site goes live. If you would like customizations, let us know what you have in mind and we'll give you a budget and timeline.
How much does Saffire cost?
Saffire Events includes a combination of initial and ongoing fees. We would need to discuss what customizations you would like before we can give you an exact number.
