The Saffire Member Module includes a private, password-protected extranet website to facilitate communication and self-service for your members that need it.
Members can access and edit their member profile, upload a photo, view their payment status, and designate email preferences, all without picking up the phone to call you or mailing you a check.
Help facilitate community among your members with a searchable member directory. The directory includes Industry, so they might refer business to other members, Member Level (if applicable) and Committee Preferences. And members can filter by any of these fields to get the exact listing they want.
Member Event Calendar
Once you sign up for the Member Module, you can designate Member Events (such as committee meetings, etc.), which appear only on the Member Site. For Member Events, you can designate the event or meeting to have a name, date, time, location and description. Just like customer events, you can include forms for people to complete, PDFs to download, URL links and photos.
The Member Site can include documents such as membership forms, newsletters, minutes, bylaws and more. Simply upload them on your admin site, and members can see all these important documents.
As long as you have a payment processor, members can pay dues or other member event fees online.
